Adam was an amazing asset during my home buying search. His communication between me and the sellers (or selling party during an offer) was masterful. Being a very nervous home buyer, Adam was there and readily available to give me advice and help me relax. As soon as we found the home that I wanted to make an offer on Adam was on top of the game. Without his help I don't know if it would have been possible to have my first offer on my dream home accepted during the very competitive offer period. I would like to say that my home buying process was stress free, but anyone going through this will know that's not the case. With that said I don't think there is anyone out there who I'd rather have helping me than Adam. He was truly amazing. ~ Jeff L

My husband and I used Adam as our realtor on a new build, which is something we have never done before- we weren't even sure if we *really needed a realtor with a new construction, but we are so so grateful that we did. Adam made sure that our whole experience was as easy as it could possibly be, answering the many many questions that we had along the way. He brought in his own inspector to view our new construction just to have another set of eyes on the property and to help point out any imperfections/issues that the build had. Adam responded to our communications extremely promptly, if he didn't have the answer immediately, he figured out exactly what we needed. We had such a positive experience working with Adam. He is knowledgeable, reliable and available whenever we needed information or guidance. We were moving from out of state, and although a little familiar with the area, we were unsure of exactly where we wanted to land. I recently worked with Adam on buying a rental property. By the time I went to see the property, he already knew about the safety and vibe of the neighborhood, the school system and what seemed to be in store for the future of the area. What the rent was like and who the seller and property manager were. He was EXTREMELY well-informed and knowledgeable. I feel like he had answers for all of my questions, and if he didn't, he found the answers and got back to me immediately. I never had any difficulty getting a hold of him for anything and he is extremely personable and kind. When we decided to sell our house in Old Town Louisville, we interviewed several realtors who were interested. After talking to them all we selected Adam to represent us. I worked with Adam to find our first home. Adam start to finish (and even afterwards) took very good care of us. This is the kind of realtor you want working with you. He has a great sense of leverage and uses it, but also understands that there's a person on the other side of the deal. I feel he was able to work out some challenges that otherwise wouldn't have happened without that. I really like that he has a team around him, both within his firm and outside of it, to take care of things quickly (mortgage, roofers, handymen, etc). His relationship with these people accelerated quite a few things and resolved issues with the house quickly; some of which would have been very costly if not taken care of during negotiations. Adam guided us through a very unique home purchase. He acted as a joint broker, assisting both the seller as well as us. He used his vast knowledge of the local area, connections with insurance, inspector and appraiser. The sale needed to be expedited and we had a very small window to get everything done. Planning and executing a home purchase from out-of-state is always challenging, especially when buyers aren't easily able to travel back-and-forth. Adam made the process as smooth as possible for us. We began by discussing our desires and requirements so he would be prepared for our one trip to the area. In addition to hospitality, Adam was able to provide much useful information about the pros and cons of the neighborhoods and properties we were considering. Fortunately, we found a townhouse on the last day of our visit and started the intricate process. Adam stayed with us all the way, from making an offer through and after closing.
