We had such a positive experience working with Adam. He is knowledgeable, reliable and available whenever we needed information or guidance. We were moving from out of state, and although a little familiar with the area, we were unsure of exactly where we wanted to land. Adam was always ready and willing and even excited to show us new areas and homes that might be a good fit for us. Our process took a few months and Adam was always one step ahead of us, with suggestions, questions and just random things to consider about homes that we would not have thought of. It really does help to have someone with this kind of knowledge on your side. We would highly recommend Adams expertise when looking for ( or selling) a new home. My husband and I used Adam as our realtor on a new build, which is something we have never done before- we weren't even sure if we *really needed a realtor with a new construction, but we are so so grateful that we did. Adam made sure that our whole experience was as easy as it could possibly be, answering the many many questions that we had along the way. He brought in his own inspector to view our new construction just to have another set of eyes on the property and to help point out any imperfections/issues that the build had. Adam responded to our communications extremely promptly, if he didn't have the answer immediately, he figured out exactly what we needed. Adam made this whole process so streamline for us and we couldn't recommend him more as a realtor! ~ Georgia P
